DecalsDirect store terms and conditions (Version 1.0 25 June 2023)

Thank you for visiting DecalsDirect – part of the BrandBlaze group of companies.

By browsing our store, placing an order or making payment for any order of products or services found on this store, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to revision at the discretion of the owners of the DecalsDirect store.

 

General:

The only goods on sale by this website are decals or services related to attaching decals. Any photographs of other items on our website (Such as wheelie bins etc..)  are only there for explanatory purposes and such goods are not included in the transaction.

Shipping time frames:

Most products are manufactured to order and we aim for a production time of no more than 2 working days per order. See shipping times below.

Shipping method:

Royal Mail 2nd class service:

Delivery time frames: 3-5 days country wide (for production and postage combined).

 

Refunds & Returns policy:

Any purchased product that is received damaged, defective in any way or incorrectly supplied, will be replaced at our cost. Shipping of replacement items for goods received as defective/incorrectly received will also be covered by DeclasDirect.

To qualify for replacement, any merchandise received in a defective state or incorrectly supplied, must be communicated in writing to: info@brandblazegroup.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of such goods. Please include where applicable, a detailed description of the defect including a photo.

NB! It is important that defective goods are not returned for replacement or refund unless by request and arrangement with the management DeclasDirect. If goods are returned without this arrangement in place, the shipping cost of returning the goods will not be refundable. 

 

Any goods ordered incorrectly do not qualify for refund or return as they are made to order and can not be re-sold or re-used. Please take care and double check all customised info required on the decals is submitted correctly.

Decals are supplied ready to attach. Where required, this will include the fitting of transfer tape to make the job of applying the decal as easy and straightforward as possible. DecalsDirect website contains a “how to” video and it is highly advised that the video is watched and understood before attempting to attach the decal. Damage to decals made during the application process will not be refunded or replaced.

VAT, Import taxes and duties:

All goods are shipped from The United Kingdome and as DecalsDirect is not a VAT vendor, no VAT is charged for goods or services.

In the event that goods are ordered for across boarder delivery, import tax and duty may be applicable and this is for the account of the receiver/purchaser.

 

Privacy.

The DecalsDirect store does not have access to your credit/debit card details at any stage of a transaction or at any time after the transaction. The payment gateways used offer secure and encrypted transactions in line with industry standards. No credit card or bank details are stored by us, on our computers or the website.

Your personal details required to complete and deliver an order from DecalsDirect may stored by the website or on email (or manually noted and stored in the event of a phone call). This may include your contact details and delivery address. This information is not shared willingly to any other person or party unless it is required to complete our contractual agreement with the purchaser, such as supplying his/her address and contact information to a shipping/mailing supplier.

Similarly, if you contact the DeclasDirect store via any means such as via our website, by email, text message or phone call, your information supplied in the communication is stored as a means of responding to your communication.

Due to the high level of precautions taken, we will not be held responsible for information gained via unlawful and malicious cyber-attacks to our website, computing systems or to those of our payment gateway service providers or our shipping suppliers.

Payment terms:

Only once goods are paid for in full will orders be processed and made ready for dispatch. Placing items in the online shopping basket are not considered orders and no goods will be held or put aside based on unprocessed and/or unpaid online shopping baskets. 

Any payments revoked by your financial institution after showing initially as a successful payment will require the shopper to make alternative payment arrangements.

Use by children:

If you are under 18 years of age, we only allow the use of our website and online store if you have received consent to do so by your parent or guardian.
